It must be hard to voice your issues
to raise your worries, can be difficult
and sometimes hard to say
especially when you swallow words
and hide them all away
hide them away
but there's no need to hide or hold all
these feeling
as to get them out will only start the healing process

breaking silence isn't always a simple thing to do

when there's someone there for you
to listen while you open up
and spill your deepest, darkest fears
to hold your hand and wipe away the tears
to build you back up on your feet
you must face your afflictions
